
Typhoon Servers Terms Of Service
These are the guidelines that are put forward by the staff at TyphoonServers.com.
These guidelines are not negotiable, and will be followed to by all customers of Typhoon Servers.
Typhoon Server shall and will have final say in any and all customer disputes as far as for how the server is used, and the Termination of accounts. While we try to be fair to all of our customers, We as a company and individuals who work for the company have the right to inspect servers at any time. We also retain the right to remove file that conflict with our TOS, kill processes of files that violate our TOS or and remove accounts that promote a negative image of our company.
TyphoonServers.com is an “Access Provider” as stated by Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, and is therefore immune from prosecution for any and all claims relating to the content of communications passing through its system.
1) Server Usage Guidelines
2) Customer Responsibilities - You are responsible for the upkeep of your server. If your server is down please notify us as soon as possible. Since we don't monitor game servers on an individual basis. You must notify us if your server is experiencing problems or your server is down through our support area of our web site. We want to help limit the amount of downtime you may experience due to server crashes etc. We do not admin your game server. We allow our customer the Power to do that. We only monitor our network to ensure all systems running game servers stay up 24 hours a day 365 days a year. You must insure that your server abides by our term of service at all times. Your game server must stay compliant with our Terms of Service at all times.
All we ask is for you to become familiar with the Typhoon system, and use, our support ticket system, and handle your own day-to-day game server administration, configuration, and management.
3) Player Limits - To provide everyone with a value dedicated game server there are limits on the number of players based on the service you applied for. We do reserve the right to inspect any game server to insure they are not exceeding the current max player limit allowed for that account. Violations will result in a 0 strike program. We will issue 0 warnings to a server before termination of service. This includes warning for any and/or all item related violations included in this TOS. No Refund will be given in this case!
4) Modifications We do not install mods/maps/addons/plugins. If you wish to add maps/mods/plugins/addons to your server you may do so at any time. CS & CSS HLTV is subject to approval by Typhoon Prior to install. We are not responsible for any Mod, Map, plugin or Add-on you have put on your server. If you need assistance we will help . This is know as Admin'ing your server. It is something YOU the Server owner does and not us. All Mods/maps/addons/plugins install are not supported by Typhoon, but rather, by the maker of said map/mod/addon/plugin
